Nara Baby alternatives in 2026: an honest comparison
The short answer: if you want to keep logging for free, Babya and Gaia have no paid tier for logging, and both import a Nara export. If you and a partner both log on your own phones, Pebbi covers two caregivers for free with no account, and Robin covers three. If privacy matters most, Babya's App Store label reads Data Not Collected.
Why parents are looking
From 8 October 2026, Nara Baby gives a 7-day trial and then needs $9.99 a month or $99.99 for life in the US to keep logging. Without it, the app is read-only for the whole family, according to Nara's FAQ. Your history is not lost: you can still export it, and our step-by-step export guide shows how.
A word on bias: Babya is ours. Every app below gets the same columns, the facts come from each app's own App Store page or website, and the rows where others do better than Babya stay in.
Side by side
Prices are the in-app purchases listed on the US App Store. Store pages do not always say the billing period; where they do not, it comes from the developer's site.

Which one fits
- One phone does the night feeds, and you want nothing collected: Babya. Free forever, no account, and everything stays on the phone. It does not sync between phones yet.
- Two parents log on two phones, free, without accounts: Pebbi, for two caregivers. Nara import is by request.
- Two or three caregivers, free, with a built-in Nara import: Robin, or Gaia if you are happy to make accounts.
- Data in your own iCloud, with an Apple Watch app: Vivi Baby, on iOS 18 or later.
- Sleep coaching more than logging: Huckleberry, whose sleep features are paid.
- The longest-running app, and ads are fine: Baby Tracker by Nighp Software.
Whichever you pick, export your Nara data first. The export works without paying, and the file is yours.
